Figure Of Speech #6

Bravery runs through my mind
Others have worn it on their chest
Bravery is found in the deepest of souls

Bravery can conquer man
Bravery can be worn on the heart
Bravery can take you to the home of the greats

Haiku #6

I hear crackling
Crunch, of today’s new found day

And know it won’t last

So I will leave it
At bay; and hope for the best
This bitter new day

Haiku #4

It’s cold—and I wait For someone to shelter me
And take me from here.

Haiku #3

Falling to the ground,
I watch a leaf settle down
In a bed of brown.

Haiku #2

As the wind does blow
Across the trees, I see the
Buds blooming in May

Haiku #1

Angels blossom this girl

She moves with such grace

Grateful am I to be in her presence

Grateful am I to be loved by

Selfish am I to never let her go

Creatures is what he wears

Adventure calls me home

Adventure takes away the pain

The pain that I wear at home

Adventure takes the pain away
